Question : How does your media product represent particular social groups?

The group decided to create our own production and distribution companies, below is an image of the idents. Our production and distribution companies are both independent companies based in the united kingdom and specialise in producing British film's.

The distribution company we chose like the production company was independent,  it's unusual to have a  combination of the two as  large distribution companies aren't  likely to work with a lower quality production company. As the distribution company is independent it  means we have a lower budget and most of our advertising will probably be done online as it's cheaper, it's convenient advertising online as our target audience are teen's and that's the forum teenagers use the most.

We created our production name by taking the first letter in each one of our names.

Our production company is an independent company based in England, it was important for us to establishe we were going to use an independent company rather than a big Hollywood label as there are differences such as budget, quality and special effects. Looking at our film opening and from what I said in the video it's quite clear that our film doesn't fall under the requirements of a Hollywood film so an independent company is the right choice
